Here, we outline our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for our clients:
Project Cancellations:
Clients retain the right to terminate a design project at any time before the completion of the conceptual design phase. Termination requests must be communicated in writing, either via email to [email protected] or through our website’s contact form, and must include specific project details. Terminations should occur before the design is finalized, with the design process typically taking 12 to 24 hours upon receipt of measurement and preference information. No termination fees will be imposed.
Refunds:
Should a project be terminated prior to the completion of the conceptual design phase, a full refund of the initial payment made by the client will be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method utilized for the original purchase, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon with the client.
Project Modifications:
Clients have the option to request adjustments to the ongoing project instead of opting for complete termination. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with the design and wish to swap it for a more suitable one within a 30-day period, you can initiate the exchange process. Once the exchange is approved via email, you may proceed with the exchange. This method is faster and more direct than a return. Satisfaction
Guaranteed / Exceptions:
Our satisfaction guarantee encompasses all our digital products for a period of 30 days. Should dissatisfaction with the design arise within this timeframe, a 100% refund will be provided. Please be aware that digital products are ineligible for return once the 30-day period has lapsed. Policy Changes:
We retain the right to amend or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notification. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Clients are encouraged to periodically review our cancellation policy to remain informed about any revisions.
